This project demonstrates an understanding of coursework from interior construction elements. We designed a schematic layout and interior elements for a Nike store with a provided retail space.
With a focus on materials, I used 3Form Ecoresin throughout the space and FabBRICKS x Nike, a possible collaboration that would boost a small business and reduce factory waste.
FabBRICKS x Nike is not an existing collaboration, but I was so fond of FabBricks and their effort to use textile waste and wanted to include them in this project. It just made sense for a new Nike store.
The cash wrap is a core feature within the store, grounding the modern and industrial theme.
MATERIALS: baltic birch plywood, black concrete, recycled steel, 3Form Ecoresin, LED lights, and orange FabBRICKs x Nike.
The feature wall is a core feature within the store, sitting opposite the cash wrap. The feature wall would use custom 3Form material with the Nike graphic. It would follow 3Form's Wall-to-Ceiling lightbox assembly.
MATERIALS: recycled steel, recycled maple gym flooring, 3Form Ecoresin, LED lights, and blue FabBRICKs x Nike.
